The staff was always friendly, we liked the suite out back, 305. We were able to watch deer pass outside the deck, they're all over Salida. We could hear the stream at night and birds in the morning.

Would have liked it had the pool been open.

"Go literally anywhere else"

Only quasi functional room. New management doesn’t seem to know what it’s doing, or even worse, care. Probably rudest management I’ve had in a hotel in forever. Plenty of places to stay in the valley. Throw a dart at a map and go wherever it lands. It will be better than this place.

"Unfortunate experience with new owners/management"

We had a very unfortunate experience with the new owners, who were clearly not ready to rent out (or to speak to guests). We stayed in one of the cottages over Memorial Day 2026. Our unit had mouse droppings all over the pots and pans under the sink, no hot water, and a poorly connected sink that ended up draining dirty water all over the floor. We didn’t raise the mouse/hot water issues our first night because the office was closed, and we were trying to enjoy our trip - we just cleaned up as best we could with water boiled on the single burner cooktop. After the sink flood, we asked the new owners to fix everything. When we got back to the room, we saw that they had left the door to our unit wide open with nobody inside. Fortunately we had taken valuables out of the room. They fixed the sink and hot water but there were still mouse droppings under the sink. When I spoke to the owners, their response was not to apologize for renting out a dirty room without hot water but instead to lecture me for not telling them about the issues earlier, and to deflect blame to previous owners, saying that because they were new, they couldn’t know the issues with the unit. It seems like the basic thing you do when you take over is to make sure the units are clean and don’t have mouse droppings all over the pots and pans, but what do I know??? I didn’t bother to mention the closed pool or the non functioning tub or the myriad other minor issues (like no forks in the kitchen), because it was very clear the owners had no interest in ensuring their guests had a pleasant stay. All around, an extremely disappointing experience.

Personnel agréable petit déjeuner correcte voir bien de bon produits

Motel a restauré car vetuste plus d'entretien pour une nuit ça passe et pas plus de 65euro c'est trop délabré
