O atendimento da equipe do hotel muito bom e são prestativos e atenciosos. Hotel reformado em 2023 tudo novinho. Excelente localização em Miami Beach. Recomendo. Eles fornecem guarda-sol, cadeiras e toalhas para levar a praia

The room was comfortable and relaxing. Very nice decor and clean. We didn't request room service because there was no need for the short stay but this hotel was very clean and spacious. The location is very close to the beach and shopping and restaurants are close by. Great service from Eduardo, Mercedes and Kevin, thank you for checking us in early, we flew early in the morning and we did not sleep so it was very nice for them to accommodate us. The Blue Lavender cafe where we had breakfast was very nice but limited options to choose and whether it is worth $28 depends on preference.

Breakfast was pricey for me and not a lot of options since I prefer meat than toast or carrot bread. Service is a bit slow, maybe because we were seated downstairs, we were a big party but overall, good experience and thanks to Nico and Rob.
