Nothing I got treated rudely I did not get to stay the first night that wouldn't let me and the second night they showed me a hundred dollars for security bond and then they kept it where there was no damage is whatsoever

Always happy staying at the Stamford it is in a good spot close to where I want to go and staff are always friendly and helpful. nothing to complain about that i am aware of and easy to access transport

they should have a restaurant in the building that operates at night the downstairs area where breakfast is served, they used to have it open years ago and it was good to be able to go there to eat

Good location. We were working so we didn't use the pool or look at it. The gym was good and we used that. Front office staff are friendly and helpful.

Beds were so hard. I'm in my 50's so I thought it was ageing body, but my staff member and one other guest we spoke to also in their 30's had the same complaint. They didn't service my room one of the days. The next day they did, and I left my breakfast tray (in room dining) on the desk in the room. Was still there when I got back that night around 7pm. I put it out in the hallway. It was still there the next afternoon. Yuk! Breakfast was not great either. The poached eggs were undercooked, the bacon was middle bacon and it was so dry.

Only one toilet roll no spare Room service food is very expensive $40 for a burger and chips is ridiculous

Great location, fantastic breakfast and good value

Cascade bar was understaffed and couldn’t cope, if you are going to offer cocktails need more than 1 staff member. Huge queues with many people giving up

The fact that a $100 deposit was made and 1 week later it still hasn’t been refunded, the breakfast was average and could have been better.
