Facilities were clean and tidy, the beds were also very comfortable, however, we did find the sheets to be quite itchy.

Most of the staff were a little rude and unwelcoming when approached, especially those who were transporting bags from one place to another. Not sure if this was just due to busy long weekend scedule. We also recieved a noise complaint at around 6:30pm on a Saturday night, which was a little ridiculous.

Hotel is close to city Aswell as trains ,trams for travel needs, its only a short walk to the Adelaide Oval as well as the conference center so overall great central location.

The service of our room over the 7 nights stayed was average, our room was missed one night and we had to request fresh towels, The timing was also all over the place , we had a knock on the door at 2.50 pm saying can we clean the room as we finish at 3pm.
