Lage als Ausgangspunkt zum Vesuv, Pool, Aussicht genial, toller Whirlpool sehr sauber, kurze freundliche Begrüßung, per WhatsApp dann sehr gute Restaurantempfehlung und die Bedienungsanleitung des Whirlpools, sicheres Parken im abgesperrten Grundstück, sehr freundliches Personal

Habe bei den Rezessionen dem Gastgeber geglaubt mit seinen Argumenten, hätte den Gästen glauben sollen, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht! Sauberkeit ist grenzwärtig, Matratze total durchgelegen (behauptet wurde die ist erst 1 Jahr alt), Frühstücksraum und Frühstück total lieblos (Instant-Cappuccino, Aufbackhörnchen, Brot vom Vortag…echt jetzt?!), man frühstückt in einem abgedunkelten Raum mit Kunstlicht auf unbequemen, alten Hockern. Das Unangenehmste ist die Kameraüberwachung, draußen ok, aber im Frühstücksraum?! Man fühlt sich ständig beobachtet. Wurden beim Abschied gebeten eine 10 zu geben, sorry, der Rauchgeruch aus dem Privatzimmer usw., schade das man dieses Haus mit allem so lieblos behandelt, man könnte sehr viel mehr draus machen…eine Antwort lieber Gastgeber ist nicht notwendig, wünsche der Unterkunft alles Gute in der Zukunft es besser zu machen und sich eine 10 zu verdienen.

Propre mais est un peu vétuste, un rafraîchissement ferait du bien !

Good communication from host before arrival.

I implore you not to be taken in by the ‘glitzy’ pictures. The reality of being there, in person, was so so different. The leaking air conditioning in both bedrooms that were ‘offered’, dirty kettle, headboard, lamp, fridge, toilet brush, balcony furnishings stained, shower grubby and limescale, floor, algae all around edge of swimming pool. The solution offered was to call back the cleaners. As it was late afternoon, this was not acceptable and pointed out to the host that the room should have been signed off, checked for readiness, long before our arrival. Furthermore, many of our issues could not have been rectified, simply by a returning cleaner. I informed the host of our decision to leave, requesting a full refund, which was immediately refused. He further stated that if the property had been perfect, the fee would have been three times the amount we paid, due to the distant view of mount vesuvius. Although our reason for leaving was due to a lack of cleanliness please, please be aware that local amenities, such as shops and restaurants, ARE NOT WITHIN EASY WALKING DISTANCE, as stated in promotional information. Which interestingly has now been removed from the content we were able to access. Please refer to pictures below.

La struttura è molto bella, curata, spaziosa e comoda. Lo staff è superlativo, presente e disponibile. Accoglienza e assistenza eccezionali. Ultra consigliato

Grazie mille a Giuseppe per la cordialità e disponibilità. Siamo stati solo una notte ma ci è piaciuto molto soggiornare da lui! Stanze pulite e la vasca idromassaggio privata una chicca. Se ci sarà l'occasione senz'altro torneremo. 👍🏻

Siamo stati 2 giorni fa io e mio marito , e siamo stati anke l'anno scorso bhe che dire , si ritorna sempre dove si e stati bene , tutto bellissimo ottimo posto rilassante , camera pulitissima , servizio ottimo e Giuseppe un ragazzo gentile e sempre a disposizione , grazie mille
