There was no real person at Reception on Sunday, just a machine. No issue in the check-in, but it would have been through a phone number to fix it making it less personal and reassuring.

Es nuevo y se está muy tranquilo,hay terrazas para comer y tomar algo y está muy bien comunicado. Las camas son muy cómodas es una buena opción para ir a sin agobios de tráfico a Madrid

We know this hotel and it’s fine. This time the bathroom door got stuck and the key cards stopped working. Even an extra one we had just taken out from the machine.
