Lovely hidden gem. Nice room, we were actually upgraded and the room was large with a lovely bathroom, and lounge area. It was quiet. In the evening a lounge was available and it was comfortable with a terrace and had an amazing bar with craft ale, spirits and snacks which you could help yourself to.

Que nos robaron 2 carteras con las visas americanas e identificaciones mexicanas, tuve que volver a regresarme desde Tokyo a qué me la devolvieras, eso paso solo cuando les dije que se iniciaría una denuncia a la policía para reponer los documentos en México (la visa americana lo requiere así) gaste 5 horas en puros viajes más aparte los boletos, tengan mucho cuidado si son extranjeros Cabe aclarar que si las devolvieron pero a la carteras les falta dinero, ya es lo de menos, nos devolvieron las tarjetas, dicen que estaban en la caja fuerte, pero ni siquiera la usamos

The front desk is often unattended, so there is often nobody to answer questions. Excellent for bus connections, but a 10 minute walk to the train. Few restaurant choices nearby.

Quiet hotel, the room was beautiful. We had breakfast included and there was a variety of options, drinks accessible all day including free bar in the evening.

The property advertise Jacuzzi but this is only for room 501, so misleading and disappointing. Would be good to have other options for breakfast such as pastry or cereals not just savoury.
