The pool was always cold due to its position which is a shame

I love this place! I have stayed there several times. I love the modern vibe. The pool is gorgeous. The breakfast buffet absolutely amazing with a vast array of food and drink. The staff are extremely attentive and warm. The rooms are immaculate and the beds are sooo comfortable. I always get a good night's sleep there. Set back from the main road so it is quiet. My favorite accommodation by far in Chiang Mai!!

Ottima posizione per girare la città. Inoltre acqua e piccole merende e frutta sempre a disposizione degli ospiti, molto utile!

The Good: Unbeatable location in the Old City. The rooms are small but modern and clean. Excellent laundry service and a decent breakfast. The pool is very cold, but refreshing after a hot day.

The Bad: We were promised a 'dream room' at check-in (Room 4.08), but it turned out to be the opposite of peaceful. The hotel design makes it incredibly noisy. We could hear the pool activity from the 4th floor. Being right next to the elevator and the metal staircase meant hearing every single footstep from other guests. The Dealbreaker: No chance of sleeping in. Housekeeping starts vacuuming right outside the door at 08:15 AM while talking loudly to each other. Summary: Love the vibe and the location, but the lack of soundproofing in Room 4.08 ruined the relaxation part of our stay."

Staffs are helpful. Good location. Bicycle provided free.

All the employees were super attentive, they even prepared breakfast for us around 5 in the morning. Before the flight!

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt gelegen am Thapae Gate von dem aus man sowohl Sehenswürdigkeiten als auch Restaurants innerhalb von 10 Minuten Fußweg erreicht. Die Zimmer sind sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Genial ist, dass man den ganzen Tag in der Lobby frisch geschnittenes Obst und kaltes Wasser kostenfrei bekommt. Auch das Frühstück ist super und wenn man sich etwas vom Markt holt kann man es in einer Mikrowelle erhitzen und erhält vom Personal Geschirr. Das Personal ist generell super freundlich und ist immer hilfsbereit wenn man bei irgendetwas Unterstützung benötigt! Ganz klare Empfehlung.
