Location was great

Horrible inside conditions, bathroom issues flushing. Leaks in the ceilings with wet flooring. Electric issues and mole smell.

Perfect location, views.

Old and broken equipment We visited this apartment for the second year in a row, because of the good location and the views. in 2023 there was a problem with the air conditioning and leaking from the ceiling when it rained. I don't usually write negative reviews, but the condition of the apartment is not commensurate with the price the owners are asking. This year, the condition of furniture and equipment was even worse than in 2023. There were no mattresses in the sofa on the balcony, so it is not possible to sit there comfortably. The beams of the balcony roof are in a tragic state. Also the door to the bathroom. The shower hose is only temporarily taped. Light in the bathroom - see in the photos. There was mold in the washing machine. We prayed that it wouldn't start raining and the roof would leak again like in 2023. And when after surviving all these little things you want to at least get a good night's sleep - it's unrealistic, because the pillows are as good as a 20-year-old bag of lumps. We also have bites from unknown insects from bed mattresses.

we were in Ana room (not really an apartment). Furnished badly, little effort to properly set things (no hanging for towels in the bathroom), old second hand bed sheets, odd entrance feeling more like a house room than like an apartment, a proper example of Croatian tourism misleading you (the place was checking all the boxes but in a lame way, the picture of the room was only one and not representative, along side other photos with no way to tell which room was which) and overpriced.

The host was realy friendly and helpful. He guided us where to park on arival and during the stay. He was waiting for us on agreed place and showed us the appartment.

Location-center. Beds are new and comfortable. Kitchen is ok. Fridge is new and relatively big. The owner gave us frying pan when we asked. It was clean. Late check-out.

Doors and windows are very old so windows can't be closed properly so the heat and the noise from the street comes in. Fortunately air conditioning works good. On one window near the bed, there is no curtain. Also you can hear pretty loud when someone is walking in the upper apartement which is annoying at night. Bathroom door can't be closed and the doorknob falls off. Bathroom is renovated but there is no door or a curtain in the shower and the shower is higher than the bathroom floor so you can't shower without spilling water. There are no hooks for towels in the bathroom. Bad value for money.

Amazing location in the heart of the old town.

The amenities were not in the best condition.
