The night man refused to give face towels for the two rooms we had 1 with 1 adult and 3 kids and another room with 2 adults it was only 1 face towel in both rooms. Told us we all had to bath with same one I had to wait till the next day to ask a different worker for towels.

Not enough food for amount of guests.

Pool & hot tub not open. No shower door handle. Had to leave shower door open while showering. Ice machine not working. Elevator inspection expired by one year.
