Good breakfast, friendly staff, and parking.

The hotel is run down and needs improvements (like in the shower we had nowhere to put the soap on, there was a shelf and it fell off, won't take much to put it back). The first night we didn't have wifi, I asked to be moved so we can have wifi. We stayed 6 days, not once our room was cleaned or even offered to be cleaned, we threw our trash ourselves. I had to ask for toilet paper and shampoo. When I asked for shampoo, they said they don't have any. Our last night the wifi was not working at all and the electricity in the bathroom was off, I had to go and ask them to fix it multiple times. The employees are cool and friendly and I appreciate that, but I am not in the hotel to make friends, I am there to have a pleasant comfortable stay, so maybe a little more professional.

I liked that a 3 stars hotel offers breakfast, need to be improved but it’s reasonable. Free Turkish tea all the time.

High price Old hotel Far from the sea and rustem pasa and it takes around 30min walking.

Not much. Parking is easy. Terrible breakfast.

The Family room description on Booking.com did not match our Room 211. There was no balcony with city view. There was no washing machine. There was no mini bar. There was no sofa. No dining area. I booked for 3 people and there were only 2 tea cups in the room with a kettle, 2 tea bags, 1 stick of sugar and 1 wooden stirrer. No coffee. No milk. 3 small plastic “tubs” of water. No glasses. Basically most of the things advertised were not there. Reception staff said their system booking had us in that room and can’t change us to Balcony room as hotel is full. No apology …. Nothing. Not even an apology later at check out. Then let’s talk about breakfast OMG !!!! No filter coffee only Nescafé instant coffee. Some cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, polony meat, olives, boiled eggs, chips, chickpeas, something that looked like old very runny Menemen, sliced French bread in a big plastic supermarket bag, jams, tahini, pesto.
