Courtyard by Marriott New Orleans Metairie

Check in was fast and efficient. Room and bathroom clean but the bed is hard. Felt like I was sleeping on a brick. Other than hard bed I would recommend hotel.

Negatives: No complimentary coffee, no hot water for tea, no complimentary breakfast, no daily room cleaning, would like room to be cleaned daily not just every other day.

The staff, the front desk who greeted us also came up to fix our tv. She was so kind and it made a big difference.

so convenient to where we needed to be near oschners medical center. such clean facilities, and everyone was so friendly and helpful to us.

Courtyard is always a comfortable stay. It's always clean and the staff id always nice

I went there to see New Orleans and relax, however when we got there the room floor was dirty and sticky, at night when we tried to sleep kids were running, screaming and slamming doors. When we checked out we forgot some clothes in the drawer, we called soon after, they called us back after 2 or 3 hours saying there were no clothes!!!! Fishy !!!Since the room was not rented yet, we asked them to check with the cleaning lady, they said she was off and there was nothing in the lost and found conveniently. Never again if I can’t trust the hotel staff.
