Candlewood Suites - Boston North Shore - Danvers by IHG

Found it hard to find the area to check in. After that the room was clean , bed comfortable and quiet area

The room was not clean! Went down to allow the girl at the desk a pundit of the dirt coming off the bottom of our feet in the bathtub and the pictures of the dirt on the towels that we used to clean the kitchen floor. Her response was "oh OK" i asked if they could send someone to clean it her response "we only do housekeeping weekly and you're only here for a week. So that meant deal with it! The trash beside the entry door is constantly full and overflowing as well. Unfortunately I didn't book directly with IHG and will never make that mistake again.

Staff was very nice

The 2 bedrooms and the space for our family.

There were not enough towels for all of us. There was no bedding for the pull out couch and no extra pillows. The tv and lamp wasn’t hooked up in the living room. It took them over 30 min to come and help when we called. The shower drained very slowly so you were standing in a few inches of water while you showered. There were no working ice machines. The only elevator was on the opposite side of the building.

I loved the suite. The bed was very comfortable. The queen bedroom was missing the door to the room.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was fantastic! The staff was so sweet the whole week and really made us feel special!

Everything was great! Was only there for one night but the room was beautiful and very spacious and comfortable.

This hotel was in total disarray. They are changing all the rooms csrpets torn out only a few rooms were resdy gor customers. This place should not have taken reservations you are in a construction zone ! Horrible. We would not have stayed except it was late drove through a horrible storm and was exhausted.

Stayed while going to Salem.

Place is very efficient, equipt with all I needed for a home stay.
