"It was very bad to charge me half day extra without telling me because I did the check out 10 minutes late"

"I would never be at this location ever again"

The keys were not working in 318, the first room I was at - the door to 318 did not open. I was in the same cycle for 30 to 45 minutes. I can’t recall her name but when I see her again - I will know her face. She was short about 5’4, heavy set and had glasses with brown/blonde braids in a bun - her service and attitude was horrid. There was no real incentive for wasted time, unworkable keys - a water and nasty cookies wasn’t it that she pushed in my face. I asked for a room on the 1st floor 146, room looked unkept, hair was everywhere (more in the sink and tub), the shower water pressure and valve need maintenance. Just an overall, terrible experience. I decline going any further

"If I didn't know that Kyle and the breakfast lady were there, I wouldn't come back."

Breakfast was fine. The woman handling it during the week is great!

Front desk staff, with exception of Kyle, was terrible.
