It smelled bad in both our room like musty and there were stains all over the carpet in both rooms

The hotel is in a nice location of Novi because of the easy access to food, shopping, and services. The bed was comfortable and the room was moderate. The front desk attendant who checked us in was not too attentive. The one thing we did not really like was having to ask that our room was cleaned and our stay was better than three days!

Good value for the money and very nice people on staff. Recommend.

I didnt like the 1st room. The bed was not clean it had a fresh big blood stain on the matttres pad that was showing through the bed sheet. And there were visible stains on bed skirts and sofa..i request another room that room upon entering in smelled of marijuana. I had to go to walmart and buy disinfectants to clean hard surfaces and spray curtains and sofa and bed sheets just to get rid of the marijuana smell because i didnt think i could get a refund back for those 2 horrible rooms. This was my 1st time staying at sonesta select. I will never stay there again.

They don’t serve food during the week end. It would br great to have breakfast available during week end. Overall property is good and value for money.
