Green Edge Residences

Location in managed by the owner (a lady) who is friendly and supportive. It has rooms with very basic facilities but maintained cleanly . Bathrooms also clean. Place is surrounded by green and location has a calm and peaceful environment which is not that far from the city area.

The breakfast was included in the room rate but its a very basic one which is served in smaller quantities. Since the room rates are reasonable, you can take it as a bonus or just forget it without complaining.

Too far from the city. Remote location. Had to pay 2000 rupees every time you come out of the house to any restaurant. No water bottles. Food inside the house is very expensive. Everything we were given upon request (soap,towel etc.,)

We stayed here for a few days. The owner was nice and helpful, prepared tasty local dishes for us. Also helped us to organize Tuk tuk for a Sygiria trip and to Dambulla. They have a wonderful garden with local trees like (mango, king coconut, avocado, jackfruit, etc). We really liked there, it felt like home:)

It is a bit far from the main road, but for us it was a plus as we saw different wild animals in that area and it was quite peacefull.

Your home cooked meals were wonderful. Again, thank you so much, and looking forward to coming back again very soon. Green Edge Residence is highly recommend to anyone planning to visit historic Dambulla !

Everything was really cool, the hotel based almost in the jungles but really close to sigiriya and inftrastructure Hotel owners are really cute and try to make everything for your convenient living there They always have their own beautiful garden with fruits and seasons and they always really happy to show it for you if you are interested in Rooms are clean, food is tasty, everything was nice

Recommend you to use taxi or tuk to come there if you have a luggage as it was quite hard to move by our own forces

The kindness of the staff and the beautiful position, far from the traffic and deep in nature

"Friendly and personal service The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to sigiriya, minneriya, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.
