Was working at Eden Project and all work colleagues stayed in one house. The house was very nice and no complaints. It had everything. Very nice beds to sleep well. All in all - great!

For a new home, it should provide more than 1 parking spot at the house and also there was no where to charge electric vehicles. Improvement here seems logical and would help your business IMHO.
