We Reserved Our Room Through Booking.com And Reached Grand Flora Hotel. Upon Arrival, Mr. Mahir Greeted Us And Made A Very Good First Impression. Before Completing The Check-In Process, He Kindly Asked Us To Inspect The Room And Confirm Whether It Was The Same As Shown On The Website. This Was Highly Appreciated And Showed Their Transparency. We Got A Very Good Price For A 2-Night Stay Through Booking.com. The Room Felt Very Homely, Comfortable, And Well Maintained. The Washroom Was Neat, Clean, And Properly Maintained. The Room Was Equipped With A Television, Refrigerator, And Cupboard As Expected. One Thing That Impressed Me Was The Presence Of A No Smoking Sticker, Which Helps Maintain A Pleasant Environment For Guests. There Was Also A Prayer Mat Available In The Room Along With A Qibla Direction Sticker On The Ceiling Wall, Which Was Very Thoughtful For Muslim Travelers. Near The Bed, There Were Side Tables On Both Sides, And Each Side Had USB Charging Ports, Which Was Extremely Convenient For Charging Devices. Upon Reaching The Room, We Were Also Provided With Two Complimentary Bottles Of Drinking Water. As For Improvements, There Is Only One Small Point I Would Mention. It Was Not A Major Issue For Me, But Some Guests May Feel Differently. A Fresh Coat Of Paint In The Room Would Make It Look Even Neater And More Refreshed. Overall, A Comfortable Stay With Good Facilities, Thoughtful Amenities, And Excellent Hospitality From The Staff.

Very clean and affordable; i suggest those who want for short trip its the best location and Clean hotel, all availability is accessible.

The room was basic, but for a budget hotel the rates were very affordable and offered good value for money. I especially liked the aesthetic of the lounge area, which gave the place a cozy and welcoming feel. The staff were helpful throughout my stay, and the location was convenient with a café right next door. Overall, it was an affordable and worthwhile stay.
