Here’s everything you need to know before staying here: 1. Hot Water Issues – The hot water only lasts for 5 minutes, and some days there was no hot water at all. The landlord admitted the water cylinder is outdated, but this was never mentioned in the listing. Washing dishes and even taking a shower was impossible. 2. Excessive Noise – The apartment is extremely noisy. Neighbors upstairs were running, dragging furniture, flushing toilets, and making noise all night, every night. I complained, but the landlord did nothing. He even told me to call the police, which is unacceptable. 3. Unnotified Construction – Construction work started on January 23 and lasted a week, from 8 AM to 5 PM, making the noise situation even worse. I was not informed of this before booking, and the landlord lied, claiming he wasn’t aware, but I have proof that this work was planned months in advance. 4. Unsafe and Poor Conditions – The house is rusty, outdated, and unsafe. The electrical system is faulty, and you can only use one appliance at a time, or the power cuts out. 5. Accessibility Issues – I use a mobility scooter and asked about stairs before booking. The landlord only responded after I paid, which felt dishonest. This is critical information for someone with disabilities and should have been provided upfront. 6. False Damage Claims – After my stay, the landlord falsely accused me of causing damage to the property. For example, my child had a nosebleed, and the host blamed me for blood stains that “couldn’t come off.” They even accused me of damaging a radiator I never touched. This was the worst holiday experience I’ve ever had. The property is poorly maintained, the landlord is dishonest, and nothing about this stay was restful.
