This was our ninth stay at the Marquis, and as usual it did not disappoint. We were able to enjoy both the heated pool and the beach. Beach tags are provided by the hotel, which is a nice benefit. The Marquis is close to many of Cape May's fine restaurants and shopping, all within walking distance. Our room on the sixth floor (our favorite) was spotless and comfortable. All staff are always professional and helpful. We enjoyed breakfast at the Barefoot Bar on several mornings. Very convenient with a great menu. We love seeing Joe M and Marlene, managers, who make our stay even more enjoyable.

This is a very nice establishment with an amazing view of the waterfront. My room was ready when I arrived in the morning which was a nice plus ; I had a wonderful stay.

Quite pricey for a small town, but most hotel prices in Cape May are quite high.

Ocean view,walking distance to most resturants and attractions

The parking is atrocious for guests. The rooms are not comfortable, paying extra for a suite that is on the bottom floors where you share a door with other rooms, the AC in the rooms doesn't cool properly. It had the appearance of a great hotel but you are better off spending your money somewhere else

Standard rooms were a very big step down for the cost, especially bad size could hardly fit 2 people comfortably
