Checked in on a Wednesday. Paid for early check in, but room wasn’t ready till normal check in time which girlfriend wasn’t thrilled about. Stain or two on the bedsheets. Otherwise a great trip at an awesome hotel in the middle of the strip. Will be returning.

Understaffed, huge lines, and room was not maintained. Empty shampoo and body wash, and a worn down room. Woke up with bites on my back so I think bed bugs got me. Won't stay here again.

Had my phone, id, credit cards stolen from my purse on the floor of the casino. Tracked it to a spot in the casino but could get no help retrieving it or even getting someone to go into the area off limits to me to at least look. Not even security would look. Told me not to bother calling police to make a report because they had more pressing things to do. One restaurant manager near the tracked phone did take us where he could to look but another one threatened us with calling security if we didn't leave. Never staying there again!
