Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information. Pool access available from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. One child 6 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. Guests can arrange to bring pets by contacting the property directly, using the contact information on the booking confirmation (surcharges apply and can be found in the Fees section).

A minha estadia foi incrível, a vista da nossa suite era muito linda, passamos um tempo incrível pela pousada. O atendimento da recepção foi 100% cordial e muito bom, também gostaria de agradecer a moça do café da manhã que nos atendeu super bem, ela é super simpática e o café da manhã é muito bom. Uma experiência acolhedora e deliciosa na Pousada Grandchamp! ☀️🏔️ O café da manhã é um verdadeiro show à parte: strudel fresquinho, frutas variadas, tábua de queijos com Brie e geleia de frutas amarelas — tudo preparado com muito carinho e sabor! A piscina aquecida com sauna foi um alívio perfeito pro frio da serra, e as áreas comuns são super aconchegantes, com lareira, café e chá disponíveis 24h (sim, 24h!). Um mimo atrás do outro. Destaque especial para o atendimento impecável — Arthur e Vanderlei foram incríveis, super prestativos e simpáticos, sempre atentos aos detalhes. Uma estadia completa, daquelas que deixam saudade.
