Included breakfast was convenient and the selection was great. The staff was extremely helpful. We were visiting Case Western Reserve University so the location was great being only a 5 minute walk to the campus.

Loved this place! Walking distance to a variety of museums, botanical garden across the street, Little Italy, a pleasant 10 min walk down the way. The hotel was lovely, beds cozy, complimentary breakfast, little hotel bar, well decorated, nice art work throughout. Welcoming staff. Highly recommended!

Very clean; the entire hotel, not just the room. The staff were friendly and very attentive. You can’t beat the location. You’re in walking distance of a lot of sightseeing places. The breakfast was also delicious and the dining rooms were beautiful.

There’s no microwave in the room, rather a communal one by the ice machine. Not really an issue since it’s kept clean. And a tiny thing, no smart TV. But using the TV guide channels honestly felt kind of nostalgic so I ended up not minding.

We gave the hotel 5 stars because it had a great location, with a wonderful breakfast, and nice staff. What was lacking however: 1) We had a suite, but the bed was not a king. It seemed like a kind size bed could fit in the bedroom. The small bed was not that comfortable. 2) We were also surprised at how small the bathroom was because pictures of regular rooms showed large bathrooms. There wasn't a photo for the bathroom when viewing the suite we choose, maybe that's why, it's tiny. 3) it would be very convenient, if there were electrical outlets for cell phones next to the beds. Walking distance to the Cleveland Museum of Art and good restaurants was a big plus.

Easy check in and the parking was a plus. Very lovely and well maintained hotel. Breakfast was alright. Didn’t leave hungry but yet to stay anywhere where it knocked me off my feet. There was a nice coffee house next door and had a good brew. Walked to a restaurant for dinner in an area where we felt safe. Would stay here again.
