The hotel was very clean and the staff was super friendly! Be aware you do have to pay $15 for parking. It was so worth it for the location though! The automatic black-out blinds were also amazing. The breakfast spread was really good with lots of various items for everyone. I would come here again and recommend it to friends!

It was a good blend of a micro Stan Hywet and The Grand Budapest Hotel. The Christmas decor and the quiet evening beside the dining room fireplace were on point. And Patricia (Patrish?) who checked us in was very kind and gracious when we requested a room move.

You need to know nothing more than that we've already booked with Glidden House again. Ambience, service , facilities, and location, location, location. If you can't find something to do in this neighborhood you'd probably be happy in the middle of a desert. Major museums right out the front door, a top tier university unfolding throughout the adjoining blocks, and Little Italy and the Uptown area right nearby. Take advantage of both the Glidden House and its surroundings while you're here. It's a superb combination.
