"Great location, horrible service and terrible cleanliness."

Location

Room was not ready. Multiple guests waiting for a clean room. Was informed room had just been cleaned. Bed was disheveled as if someone had just been sleeping in it. Room was not clean. Floor was sticky. One working light in room. None of the advertised accompaniments that were included in the studio were available. Advertised free breakfast. There was no breakfast. Not even coffee. Woman at front desk was extremely rude. Halls and stairwells looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in months. When checking out, no one was available at the front desk for a receipt. If I had not called, I would not have gotten my security deposit back. Would not recommend.

The staff was rude. The facility was run down. Furnishings in the room were broken Queen bed was booked and given a diuble. The facility was dirty. There was no restroom other than the one in the room. No housekeeping. I can't say a kind word. Beware!

"If your not looking for a clean, up-to-date room, okay for the price."

To me the location was ideal for visiting my kids. If you don’t want a clean, up to date room, ok for the price. That’s all!

Everything is outdated. Formica counter tops faded, cracked, peeling. Cove base falling off, missing. The room was not clean, I.e. vacuuming, bathtub, vanity. Cheap as you can get iron, leaked water, water saving toilet had to be flushed twice, shower head wobbled in the wall. Trash left in vanity wastebasket. Beeping coming from the electrical room with the door open for two days. Nobody at front desk at times.

Llegué al Hotel y en recepción me dijo que mi reservación la habían cancelado y el cual no devolvieron el dinero y tampoco habían cancelado me estafaron

Haber cancelado la reserva ellos porque yo cumplí en llegar pero aprendí de esta pedir un recibo
