The management. I was there with my special needs son cause we are homeless. I usually pay day by day or two nights at a time. I paid and management said they didn’t see after I showed proof and they put me out at 5 in the evening after I told her that I paid and that’s all the money I had I couldn’t pay again. She told me we had to go and don’t extend anymore.

The lady at the front desk she was rude and I can tell she is new . I was very patient when checking in she told me I haven’t pay at all wen I show her my card and confirmation number it was paid then another lady came to help her and then she saw it . I just didn’t like the fact she was saying it’s not paid for it decline 2 times . Common sense tells u I can’t get no confirmation number without paying for it just pull my confirmation number up . Another guy was paying for his and said the same thing . Please make sure y’all train y’all new front desk staff better 🤦🏼♀️. It was a lady with accent happened to work Friday 3pm 2 of them on that shift.
