It's a real 'solid' place to stay for 3 or 4 nights... had no real issues (internet/TV was spotty at times).... the owner was 'tops' for everything you might want from a host.... I would easily recommend up front....

Accommodation was very comfortable with the necessary amenities with off-street parking .Owner allowed for early check-in. Walking distance to downtown Newport.

Excellent stay!

This is a lovely property. The space is intimate, especially when traveling with others and having a shared common area. Owners are very sweet. The space is very clean and spacious. Thank you for a great stay!

It was very quiet and easy to park. We love walking and this location was walkable to town and great restaurants, shopping and the beaches.

Overall the stay was excellent, there are many pros and only a couple of not so pro. Let me start with what was great about the stay. The street was a very narrow street with street parking, but the Inn had it own off street parking area, makes me feel safer about not getting ding or scratch on my car. The room was spacious enough for a couple, we are on our anniversary trip without our kids so it was perfect. With all the blinds and currents up, the room was very bright and friendly, as well as the decorate. It has a very inviting feel, exactly the ambiance I was looking for, for an anniversary. The owner of the Inn was very friendly and had a lot of good ideas as places to visit while we were there. He made the room available around 12pm which is way earlier than check in time, made it earlier for us to drop things off and start our vacation for the first day. And since no one was staying for the night of the day we are check out, he assured was it was no rush. Very friendly. The only thing I did not enjoy so much, and this is strictly personal preference, the bed was very very plush. And I am used to a very firm mattress at home. And the bed was a bit high for a short person like my wife. But as I mentioned earlier, this is personal preference and these may be a pro for other who stays. I definitely like this place and would recommend it to anyone.
