Clean efficient room great for the price

I believe her name was Erica (she just had a baby) she was very nice. She gave us a NON smoking room! Well it was definetly smoked in & disgusting. the premises were trashy too.

Soon as we walked in roaches everywhere. I used a whole can of raid and put 3 bombs off in the room. Still seen roaches everywhere. Was scared to go to sleep seen 3 on the bed.

The room was clean had pots and utensils for you to cook average stay, but need housekeeping every day it wasn't

One problem with the room is that I was expecting a full size refrigerator. I lost some of my frozen food and secondly I saw a couple of roaches and ants. But other than that it was okay. Oh and one more thing a beer bottle was left by the bed on the floor.

My experience was horrible I didn't even dare stay when I walked in the room dead roaches in the bathroom some crawling in the bathroom and some crawling on the bathroom door. I went to the front desk and asked for a refund and when I talked to the manager Gloria she didn't care to apologize or act as if she cared. I guess she doesn't care that her hotel is infested. I wouldn't want anyone to stay in such a nasty place not even my worst enemy. So my rating would be a negative zero.

Horrible place. Hated it. Got my money back. Stay away at all cost.

The staff did nothing to find out where the problem was nor did they try to find me a room. The clerk seemed brain dead. I drove home to Nashville. Very bad experience and I am waiting for a refund.
