We really had a wonderful stay at the BlueSotel SMART hotel! My birthday was the day after I checked in I was pleasantly surprised by the reception staff who promptly wished me a happy birthday when passing by Recep! Later on that day, I returned back to my room after a day visit in Ao nang night market and to my surprise, Housekeeping along with reception had decorated my room and wrote me a birthday note! It’s little things like this that made the stay much more enjoyable. The staff was very professional, special mention to Man-U, Jack, Ing and Ying. I will definitely come back

Amazing location with excellent customer service team who goes out of their way to assist their customers. A couple of them could speak in different languages. We secured 3 rooms for 3 nights and they were able to get us next to each other. Housekeeping service was impeccable. Clean and new products in the room. Pool service was awesome. Wish the happy hours was longer and not for just 2 hours from 3pm to 5pm. Great all around team. It deserves a 10 STAR.
