Access to property through small but extremely busy parking lot, very loud AC

The location was very clean, comfortable, and I loved that there were both an indoor pool and gym, both which I used during my stay. The breakfast options were good, and it was very easy to get on/off the interstate. I also appreciated that they had a gated parking lot for guests.

It was a little odd that the TV was aligned sideways with the bed in my room, so it was a little hard to see it when laying down. The main thing that I didn't like was the entrance to the hotel; the only way in was crossing through the very bumpy parking lot of a busy restaurant, and both when I arrived and when I went out and returned, I had to wait for pedestrians and other cars to move out of the way to be able to access the hotel entrance.

Front desk staff my disabled husband was stuck on you porch area by pool for over an hour. He dropped key card in pool area we both continued to try call front desk and continued to be put on hold. The water in the rooms was not very hot either

Good hot breakfast - eggs, sausage, gravy & biscuits, waffles, toast, cereal, fruit, juices, coffee, yoghurt - many options.

Hard to get to - had to drive through a restaurant parking lot to get to the hotel. It is very close to an interstate and there's a lot of traffic noise.
