Niente, pessima esperienza

Struttura non corrispondente a quanto messo sul sito. Condizionatore assente in una stanza, rotto nell'altra, ossia perde acqua, me ne sono accorta la mattina quando ho ritrovato il cellulare bagnato sul comodino e le prese sottostanti il condizionatore piene di acqua. Ad un certo punto è saltato lo stolz della luce, siamo stati più di un'ora senza luce, in attesa dell'arrivo del proprietario della struttura. Colazione assente e bar nelle vicinanze tutti chiusi...il frigo completamente vuoto, solo qualche bottiglietta d'acqua calda, e siamo ad agosto. Ho disdetto la prenotazione successiva e purtroppo non ho avuto il rimborso della notte del 10 benché sia andata via per tutti i problemi su menzionati. Esperienza pessima

- very (!!!) noisy street - very noisy neighbors (thin walls, talking loudly until 2.30 am!!! even though we asked to be more quit) and noise from kids and seniors in the stairway) It was rediculous!!!!! - Landlord speaks zero English and not very friendly - balcony on the street side (noise and terrible fumes from trucks, old diesel cars and idiotic motor cycle drivers going full speed to the next traffic light) - view of the harbour is a joke! - WLAN not working. Answer: „Per problemi tecnici non funziona per il momento mi dispiace.“ Did not even bother to translate before answering me …

Nice location, close to the old town. Easy to find,

The owner does not speak English. While you are renting the apartment, 2/4 rooms were locked (we didnt need them though). The bed is a bit squeeqky, bathroom could be fresher. Otherwise all good.

We never got to see inside the property.

It was difficult to find and without the help of some young girls who translated our concerns to the owner/manager who spoke no English and offered no obvious assistance. We decided because of the lack of assistance that we would not attempt to stay there and drove on to Selinunte to a much more welcoming property. If this property wants to address these concerns they will struggle to make an impression in the hospitality.

Good location to harbour and to the town. Secure property.

Location is not at the very center but still very close to the historical center. Bus/train station is very close that is good if you travel using public transport. Apartment was very clean, modern and big.

Host does not speak English. So a bit difficult to communicate if you do not know Italian. However we agreed everything somehow and this is not a huge problem.
