Die Lage ist sehr ruhig gelegen, etwas im hinteren Teil von Ascona, in Richtung Locarno. Ohne Auto etwas abgelegen. Die Unterkunft vermietet Fahrräder, welche alles in Ascona und Locarno im 10 Minuten erreichen lässt.

Die Budget Wohnung Richtung Nordost ist im Winter etwas dunkel. Eine zusätzliche Lampe wurde angeboten.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Hapimag Resort Ascona Ende November sehr genossen. Ruhe: Die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig, perfekt zum Entspannen. Wohnung: Die Unterkunft war wirklich schön, sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Balkon: Der grosse Balkon hat uns besonders gut gefallen und lädt zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein. Service & Parken: Die Mitarbeitenden an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich. Das Parkieren in der Tiefgarage war sehr praktisch. Fazit: Für uns war es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt mit kaum Kritikpunkten. Eine klare Empfehlung, besonders wenn man Ruhe und eine schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung schätzt.

Da wir im November dort waren, hat uns die fehlende Klimaanlage nicht gestört. Wir vermuten aber, dass es im Sommer (trotz der vorhandenen Deckenventilatoren) in den Wohnungen sehr heiss werden könnte. Im Sommer fehlt eventuell auch ein Pool auf der Anlage.
