The room was great and quite. Plenty in the area to see . The market by the river well worth a visit

The golf cart driver is enthusiastic, cheerful, speaks politely, and is considerate and helpful in providing service.

1. Complimentary items weren’t delivered to the room. Staff insisted that Guests had to walk to the restaurant and carry them back themselves — even in the rain. 2. Only 2 welcome drinks provided for 4 guests — had to ask for the rest. 3. A 3% surcharge was added for credit card payments — quite surprising 4. Only one floor towel provided, which we had to drag between the bathroom, toilet, and the outdoor jacuzzi area. 5.at restaurant, Drinks were served long after the food had already arrived at the restaurant. However, I hope that my feedback serves as a constructive reflection to help improve your services and prevent such issues from happening again in the future.

The room was very clean and bathroom was clean with air-conditioning in and out. The breakfast is good but i did not like the way that they bring all the food.at.once mot
