The Accommodation was Good.Front Office & other Staff were Co-operative..The Indian food was made by Chef Mr.Sanjeeva was Good. Also The check-in process & information provided by Ms.Chadurani was Good.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious, and had a beautiful view of the city. Breakfast offered a great variety of fresh options. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the main attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sigiriya and will happily return on my next trip.

It was a lovely experience, and received very warm welcome from them. Specially the food, that was really good. Housekeeping staffs were gentle and well behaved.

I stayed at this hotel in Dambulla, and it was a very uncomfortable experience. We booked 3 double rooms and paid half of the price in advance. At check-in, we were kept waiting a long time in the lobby. The lady in the osari gave very bad service, was rude, and insisted we pay the full amount at check-in, even though we had already made an advance payment. The rooms were disappointing — the air conditioning in my room didn’t work, and when we complained, they just said they didn’t know about it and that no other guests had complained. The food was terrible; the rice was undercooked and almost inedible. The staff clearly need proper training in hospitality and customer care. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to poor service, bad facilities, and low-quality food.

Clean Hotel, Nice pool, Very Friendly Staff, Good food, Value for money. would stay here again. Need Bathrooms maintenance and upgrades. Hot water was not working properly, poor bathroom fittings and Balcony light was not working l.

It was a really good honeymoon experience, they had prepared the room so beautifully and it was so good! The food was impeccable, would definitely recommend you to try the traditional Sri Lankan food, they make it really nice! Overall a good stay!
