The location is great, close to restaurants and bars. Fantastic DIY Laundry next door open 24 hrs, a lot cheaper than the main streets. Less than 10 mins walk to Aonang Night Market and 15min walk to Aonang beach.

Dirty towels left hanging in bathroom from previous guests, No hot water for SHOWER or washing hands and the water that does come out is a sprinkle. Chairs broken in the kitchen, kitchen tap turns 360 degrees when you move it to rinse a cup, partition door not sitting on the rails and hanging there. Air conditioning units have mould once they open and to be honest not powerful enough to blow cold air as the room is a complete heat trap once the sun comes up. Curtain on the balcony door has seen better days as it’s all tore. Sofa bed is filthy and I definitely wouldn’t let anyone sleep on it. not sure if the owner checks the property much, if they did they would see the above.

The rooms are quite small, we didn't have a remote control for the TV, which they brought after two days, the wifi didn't work reliably

From the moment we arrived, we enjoyed the apartment immensely. The key handover was easy (the deposit was only THB1000, instead of the 2000 amount mentioned in the booking.com confirmation), although the front desk staff spoke very little English. We managed through the basics without issue. They were able to communicate via Whatsapp very easily any time of the day. The room is well-maintained, with super comfy linens. The sofa was more comfortable than expected - perfect for our relaxing break. The balcony views over the hill were tranquil. The neighbourhood had a bunch of interesting restaurants within close walking distance. And I really enjoyed chilling at the pool - with a couple sun lounges. There's plenty of parking if you have a motorbike or car, and the security at the front was very friendly. Internet speeds were fast enough and stable. I love this part of Ao Nang, and would definitely come back again.

Most things about the apartment were pretty good but it did have a couple minor annoyances. The hot water didn't work for the shower - so I contacted from desk. They sent a technician up to check the hot water system and he got it working again. However, afterwards it was a little sporadic - sometimes hot, sometimes not so much. The shower water pressure in our apartment (5th floor) was kinda weak which can be annoying when you've got sand stuck to your body after going to the beach. The kitchen had soap, but no dish washing sponge or towel. I had to request the front desk for toilet paper because they missed that. That's about it!

Our appartement was perfectly located, and was huge with 2 bathrooms, but we had a lot of ants! We did not leave food during the day, but still, you could see the ants everywhere! The last day, we even saw them on the bed 😬 I tried to reach out to the owner via WhatsApp for the WiFi and the ants, but he never replied.

Tolle Lage, in wenigen Minuten erreicht man den Strand. Sehr viele Geschäfte, Lebensmittelgeschäfte,Massage shops. Das appartements war sehr sauber. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder!!!!
