Staff and also local customers were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. So much so that we have decided to visit again. Beer from own Ayr Brewery next door was very tasty. Room had lots of extras despite budget price. Hotel was quirky but comfortable.

Just be aware that hot and cold sink taps in Room 3 seem wrong way round. Otherwise perfect for us.

Great location within walking distance to beach and restaurants and bars. Free parking was a bonus. Great bar on site also and breakfast was very good. Staff were very friendly also and added to a warm and comfortable environment. Would definitely stay again.
