L'Inattendu "sur la croisette" Dinant centre

The flat is well located in Dinant and has stunning river views. It was clean and the remote check in using phone messaging was efficient, accurate, timely and polite. The code locks worked well.

The photos show the apartment in its better days not as it is now. Now there is considerable wear and tear to the chairs, the floors, the kitchen fittings and the bathroom. It is mostly inexpensive self-assembly furniture which has not lasted and is now falling apart in places. The bathroom door does not close properly. Overall we felt underwhelmed by it and there was not the price/performance ratio we were looking for. We knew there were stairs and no lift, but nowhere did we see that there were in fact 60 stairs to this flat, and very steep ones too. Exhausting and inconvenient, even for fit people. Although nothing to do with the flat owners and they do offer a garage for E10 a day... but on-street parking here is little more than a total nightmare: expensive and in short supply.

De locatie is prima. Dichtbij alle bezienswaardigheden.

Overall viel het tegen. Het doet afstands aan. Lamp stuk, deurklinken die los zitten. Deuren sluiten niet. Badkamer heeft een vieze rioollucht. Bij binnenkomst rook je dit direct. Er zaten vlekken in het beddengoed. Dat werd opgelost. Dagelijkse schoonmaakservice is een lachertje. Schoonmaak vulde alleen koffiecups aan verder niets. 1 handdoek pp, nooit een schone gekregen in al die dagen. Het oogt niet hygiënisch, zeker niet de vlekken in de vloerbedekking.
