"It’s is a good experience especially for the location"

Location was perfect. Right in front of the beach. The unit was comfortable.

Swimming pool and hot tub were constantly packed. Not enjoyable. Gate codes to access the swimming pool changed everyday but no one has ever informed us.

Very nice. Clean affordable . Would have been nice to be able to have ramps more than steps to accommodate beach accessories . Also a wash off area closer to the beach would have been nice (we had to use the one at the pool location).

The view from the patio and the location which is only across the street from the gulf. The concerns we had with parking pass and room code were taken care of with a phone call.

a few inconveniences getting the door code and parking pass. It took 2 days to figure out how to get to regular network tv stations. Maybe leave some instructions as there were many options.

"Wonderful location, needs freezer door fix and washer cleaning"

The location was fantastic. Directly on the beach was all you could ask for. The access to a kitchen was nice with a full size refrigerator. Two bathrooms was very nice and we preferred to use the glass door shower versus the shower liner bath one.

The freezer door didn't stay shut and would pop open frequently. This meant we could not buy frozen food for the trip because it would have gone bad. The freezer door needs to be replaced/fixed immediately. The washer/dryer was super convenient to have around each day. The only issue is the washer needs cleaned immensely. The black gunk on the top rim around the drum got on some of our white clothes which is not ideal. For the freezer door, I would suggest buying the Munchkin Xtraguard Dual Action Multi-Use Latches (we used for baby proofing). That way if you can't fix immediately, you can still shut the door securely with the latches and food would stay good. You just click the side to release the latch. Google and you'll see what I mean.
