The room is fine, nothing luxurious but adequate. The check-in staff was friendly, and there was a very nice waitress in the restaurant named Antonia. But the food is very expensive and not very good.

Stay there approximately a year ago with three cats this time they charged me almost $75 for one cat and I was not allowed to have a handicap room with a pet will not stay there again

The hotel provides a regular shuttle service to and from the airport but it's possible to walk (~10 min) from the terminals via an overhead pedestrian bridge across the highways. While I did wait outside Terminal 3 for about 30 minutes without seeing the shuttle, an airport staff member kindly called it for me, and the shuttle arrived within 5 minutes. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and welcoming. The front desk and housekeeping staff were helpful and friendly throughout my stay. I was really impressed by the overall ambience—stylish decor, a lovely pool, and a peaceful garden where birds were happily chirping. My room was in tip-top condition. There’s also a café, restaurant, and a kiosk with drinks and snacks. I opted to go back over to the airport to get dinner instead of trying local food. Overall, I was very impressed and would definitely stay here again when flying through Mexico City.
