Room immaculately clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Extra room supplies easily available. Easy check in/out method.

Finding somewhere to park was a bit tricky.

The room, clean lovely decor and comfortable bed.

Unfortunately we didn't get a river view instead we had a view of disused garage and carpark littered with rubbish, the only negative of an otherwise lovely stay and would definitely return.

Great location for walking to various restaurants and beautiful view of the river along with the sound of the river. Also our top floor room beautifully decorated .

A bit restrictive in the ensuite of top floor room, but we were ready for that from the photo's shown, so not a problem really.

The room was clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was very good and the staff helpful and friendly

The bed was a little hard for us but that's just a personal preference.. It was very windy while we were there and the windows rattled alot but we solved this by packing them. A mirror over the dressing table would have been nice. These were just minor problems and didn't stop us having a lovely time

The room was spacious, and the location is brilliant. Thoroughly enjoyable cafe, with friendly staff, and good breakfasts.

There was nothing that we did not like.

I liked the check in process of it all being a keyless process to come and go as you please. No hassle at all with all of your codes required for access emailed to you. Great communication from the hotel when booked. Lovely hotel, clean and in a great location. River view room was beautiful.

Other people staying in the hotel up early being slightly noisy, but nothing that can be done about that really.

Location, overlooking the river Dee. Staff very friendly and everything was actually quite simple and food was astounding.

Little can say I didn’t like- even though the hotel has no parking I was able to drop bags in the 1hr stay outside and then move car to a reasonably priced car park just the other side of river. If I was to complain it would only be that we didn’t stay long enough, we only had one night (due to our available time) and I now I really want to go back!

The location is perfect. Self check in so easy, so no worries about timing. Our room was spotless and comfortable with a lovely view of the river.
