El personal es amable y no hubo ninguna complicación. Tienen centro de carga para autos eléctricos.

Me tocó un cuarto de segundo piso cerca de las escaleras pero lejos del elevador. Yo creo que se necesita otro elevador.

Presentan un riesgo la falta de mantenimiento en las rejillas del estacionamiento, en las cuales existen espacion abiertos lo cual ocasiono que mi menor hijo se raspara su rodilla al pisar en ella.

El hotel está en muy buenas condiciones y limpio. El personal fue atento y amable, cuenta con estacionamiento pero debido a la demanda se llena, en esta ocasión la alberca estaba fuera de servicio y el plan era usarla lo cual nos decepcionó un poco. A media noche se nos terminó el agua y bajé a comprar una botella en el restaurante del hotel, no pensé que me la venderían 4 veces más cara que en una tienda de conveniencia. En general el hotel está bien sin embargo creo hay opciones un poco mejores a precios más accesibles
