Spacious apartment with a great terrace facing the lake Maggiore. There was everything we needed for a long stay. There’s no AC but It was comfortably chilly inside even though outside it was hot.

Wifi barely worked in some rooms.

Appartamento in ottima posizione sul Lago Maggiore, luminoso, tranquillo e con una vista splendida. Spazi comodi, buona dotazione e proprietari gentili e disponibili. L’unica nota stonata riguarda la scarsa pulizia di lenzuola e coperte, peraltro a pagamento. Nel complesso però il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole

La posizione è la struttura buona !

Very spacious, well equipped, lovely accommodation with view. It is located on a steep hill, if you are not driving and have any mobility issues note there is no bus and very limited if available at all taxi service.

Mal équipé Aucun plat prévu pour le four Pas de bouilloire 1 échantillon de savon et 1 échantillon de shampooing 3 rouleaux de papier wc pour 3 personnes sejour de 5 jours Le canapé etait inconfortable Aucun balai ni pelle Rien pour nettoyer un minimum l appartement Logement très mal insonorisé et qui sentait le tabac froid alors qu il etait non fumeur La vaisselle n était pas très propre et j ai dû la relaver

Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war äusserst schnell und unkompliziert. Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr effizient und einfach. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber nach einem kurzen Spaziergang ist man im Zentrum von Baveno. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gut geeignet für 6 Personen (wir waren 6 Erwachsene). Die Einrichtung ist praktisch und die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Der Parkplatz ist auch für ein SUV geeignet.

Der Esstisch im Haus ist etwas klein für 6 Erwachsene.

Lage ist schön, ruhig und sehr guter Ausblick.

Es war sehr sehr kalt in der Wohnung leider. Wie dürften keine Heizung anmachen laut, Hausverwaltung erst ab Oktober. Daher musste man selber Holz kaufen. Das muss man beachten!
