The girl at front desk was very nice & easy to talk to

The ice machine on 3rd floor (where my room was) wasn’t working

When we arrived and checked in the Santa’s member was very polite and helpful and it was very quick and easy. The room was very clean and tidy and was a great size. The only downside is that you have to pay extra for breakfast and order it from a menu so we bought and made our own breakfast. We had no other problems and would visit again.

I was over charged for breakfast.

I thought I had booked this hotel for March of next year instead of March of this year and then I received a bill from my credit card company so when I had been charged so I called Expedia and they explained that Hilton had charged me half of the rate since I was a no-show. I then called Expedia who put me on hold and called the hotel and then Expedia came back and said the hotel refused to refund my money since I was a no-show. I then decided to call the hotel myself and talk to the manager. Good thing I did. I wound up speaking to a lady by the name of Kyla and she couldn't have been more helpful or supportive or sympathetic to my situation. She gladly refunded my credit card which worked out good since I'm on a fixed income. Long story short there are good people out there in the world willing to help you out and greed hasn't completely taken over. Thanks again Kyla for all your help you are fantastic and I will definitely book with you guys for next year just because of your customer service. Keep up the good work. You're a rare breed

Zimmerservice nur alle 2 Tage und beim 2.Mal nur Handtücher getauscht. Nur eine neue Rolle Klopapier in neu bekommen in 5 Tagen. Für den Preis sicherlich zu wenig.
