Luego de esperar30 minutos en la puerta , sin que nadie atienda, puertas cerradas, sin cartel que pudiera indicar que se encontraba alguien, aunque estuviera demorado. Nos tuvimos que ir, notificando inmediatamente a booking lo sucedido, pidiendo obviamente la cancelacion de la reserva. Lo mas lamentable es que a posteriori recibimos mail del establecimiento alterando el horario de lo sucedido. Entendemos que es una actitud que habla muy mal del lugar!!!!!!!

The location is great and if that is your top priority, this property is a great choice!

The shower was incredibly small!! You can hear everything, the other guests, the train, the train announcements…. The description says sound proof walls, which might be, but the 1.5 inch gap between the door and the floor is not sound proof, and neither are the windows. Even with the AC on it was difficult to sleep with all the noise. There were also lights, perhaps from the train platform, shining into our room all night long.

住宿方非常耐心，至少花了一個多小時為我們解決問題。龐貝遺址非常大，我們早上退房後想寄存行李在住宿方，遊覽完畢再取行李走。住宿方是民宿，沒有24小時前臺，這給他添加了麻煩，最後他還是提出了解決辦法，讓我們如願以償。這裏離火車站，遺址公園很近。房間寬敞，網絡好，熱水好，衛生間大。不用爬樓，房間都在一樓。不能自己做飯，旁邊有飯店，早餐店都有。因為沒有24小時前臺所以一定要提前告訴到達時間。
