My daughter left her headphones in the room when we left. For the first time ever after leaving something in a hotel room, I was contacted and they offered to return the headphones. Very considerate

Breakfast room had a nice selection for food.

Breakfast not starting until 7:00 a.m. would make it difficult if I was traveling for work. Breakfast room was small for the amount of guests

The breakfast was very good and the breakfast attendant was friendly and did an excellent job keeping everything stocked and helping folks. We really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub especially after a busy day. The air conditioning was nice and cool and I appreciated being able to adjust it myself. The mini fridge was nice, too. The ladies who cleaned the room were also very friendly and helpful.

Elevator was slow, seemed like the building should have had two elevators. Ran out of clean towels/bathmat and wasn’t sure how to get more at night. Was on a very busy street on a sharp curve.

Staff was very nice when checking in. The location of the hotel was perfect for where we needed to go. The breakfast was good.

The breakfast room is way too small. People tripping all over each other just trying to eat😡
