It is the only hotel I visit in Lincoln, it is reliable, dependable and at least in my experience, the rooms have been clean, the property quiet and the prices reasonable. The attendants have always been helpful and friendly to me and despite my best efforts of staying in multiple rooms over the years, I have never found any blood, bed bugs, roaches, never smelled marijuana and never experienced anything that would lead me to another motel. I have had looked into other motels in Lincoln that were far more expensive and in poorer condition, complete with prostitutes and drug dealers in the parking lot, something I have never seen or experienced at the Baymont Inn.

DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION VERY DISHONEST!!! When we went to check in we were told our reservation had been canceled and because it we had booked through expedia, we could have a room, but pay again. We have a cancelation receipt. We got a different hotel. Next day the same man told expedia that he still had the room and would not ok the refund. This has caused much stress and upset feelings. I cannot believe how dishonest the person at the hotel was.

Nothing, staff was sleeping on the job and really didn't want to help me with my needs even though I had a disabled person with me

Staff had very poor customer service, would not recommend this hotel to anyone, even though the price was great it was not worth it.
