Sheraton Niagara Falls

A place with beautiful the people that work there was super nice we needed to stay an extra day due to the storm and they let us stay in our room and the extra day which was very very helpful since the state was closed down

I wish the parking was not as expensive as it was but we totally understand parking cost money in Niagara falls

Renovated rooms are poor for longer stays, with little closet space (fridge, safe, and coffee station take up most of the former closet) and much less drawer space (two, much smaller, instead of six). Tiled floor at the entrance is a good idea, and the renovated bathroom is nice except for the lack of towel bars, but the translucent sliding bathroom door is another poor design choice.

Dinner at Rainforest Cafe was amazing. The front desk gentlemen were pleasant. Hotel was clean! The extra amenities in the room was great! They have amazing smelling hygiene products!

It was an overnight getaway after an extremely stressful week. I just wanted to enjoy dinner and use the pool and hot tub. The pool and hot tub was filled with little kids screaming and yelling and throwing pool toys the entire time. The rules clearly state that you must be accompanied by an adult if under 16 half the kids did not have supervision. The rules stated 18+ in the hot tub from 9-11pm 7-9am. The hot tub had little kids jumping in and out of it.

I booked two rooms. One for me and my boyfriend and one for my son and his friends who came from Colorado to see NY for the first time. The rooms were great! The hotel was clean. The extra amenities in the rooms were lovely. Although my bed seemed more like a full than a queen it was comfortable. Location is great! The atmosphere was pleasant! The food was great! My floor was quiet! The pool area however was an update pleasant experience! I went later in the evening hoping to relax and unwind after an extremely stressful weekend and I surrounded by approximately 20 plus kids all under 15 screaming yelling throwing pool toys. The hot tub which I tried to utilize was also filled with little kids mind you they have a sign stating after 9pm 18+ only. It also stated that no one under 16 without adult supervision these rules were not followed. This was disheartening to say the least. My son and his friends also went to get breakfast to find out that it was an andditional fee of over 20 dollars for the cost of the rooms this should be complimentary.

Great location, close to the falls and the casino. Rooms were big and lounge was an extra bonus.

My husband and I stayed at the Sheraton for our visit to Niagara Falls. Fantastic location within walking distance of the Falls attractions. Clean room with comfortable bed. We received VIP treatment from Jenny and CoJo for our stay. They restored our faith that excellent customer service still exists.

Clean, good service, nice rooms and I liked the mattress for sleeping!

My room was spacious, tidy and clean. The bed was beyond comfy. The shower was lovely and the products supplied were nice. I used the fridge and coffee maker, nice amenities. Would definitely stay again.
