Breakfast was good

Housekeeping was lacking, there were stains on the hallway carpeting, overall shabby appearance, had to go ask for towels at the front desk because housekeeping took our towels and never replaced them.

Breakfast was good, the pool was okay

The rooms were not clean, and in fact housekeeping didn't clean our room on the second day (the first day we turned down housekeeping and the 2nd day they just didn't come). Overall cleanliness and upkeep were lacking.
