I've been staying here for years and the staff is always friendly, and helpful. I love the location.

In recent years I have had to pay for parking but this year I did. Also the pool is never open

The breakfast was decent.

There was NO HEAT in our rooms. It was negative 2 degrees with 20mph winds and the heater was broken in our rooms and we were Not informed about this. Contacted the front desk..maintenance..etc. It wasnt until the second night they provided us with a small space heater which did absolutely Nothing to warm up the room and was a nightmare from there. Refused refunds, never offered us an option to switch rooms, etc. DO NOT STAY HERE. ESPECIALLY ON THE THIRD FLOOR. DO. NOT. STAY.
