Front desk person was very helpful on first night. She had to reset keys. Had to answer how the AC worked in the room. It was on the wall.

Lots of rattling when others slammed their doors. Was in 323.

We had a great stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. One of the highlights was the excellent pool, which was open 24 hours a day. It made our stay even more convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

I originally was going to get a family suite that had bunkbeds, but they called me like two days before I was to arrive to say that their construction was not finished. She then offered me a King suite which did not have the bunkbeds and there was a difference in price. The room I originally booked was more expensive than the one they were going to put me in. she told me not to cancel the reservation because booking.com would completely cancel it and then I would have no room to stay in. She said that we could deal with it when I got there when I spoke to them on the day that I arrived at first they told me I would get a refund, but then later proceeded to tell me that since I went through Booking.com a third-party I won’t be able to get a refund of the difference in the price of the rooms. Which I was a little upset about!! I guess my question is why are they renting out rooms that are under construction?

The rooms where clean and great. All the employees where friendly and nice.
